I’m giving this a slightly higher score for size. This time around, I left the place quite full. And for $0.40 a piece, it’s not a bad deal at all.

The sauces were just as I remembered them. The habanero is a nice addition to the plain hot, because I felt like the Hot were a bit lacking in the flavor department. I would highly suggest ordering the side of the habanero for a spicy, tasty kick.

Everything was great just like the last time but the main reason I give it a 10 instead of a 9 because the zest ranch were out of sight. You got the kick from spices and then they get cooled off from ranch. An excellent combination indeed.

Zaleski’s was packed when we got there. It was mostly a younger crowd of high schoolers, but that didn’t ruin our time. We got there around 6:30, and we just beat the rush. By the time we left, there were about 15 people waiting to get a table. That’s not the say the place is small. In fact, the dining room was actually quite large, which is where we sat. The bar is a pretty big area as well. The bar was filled up too. Not only did it seem like a good place to get wings, but the other food that they were bringing out looked pretty delicious. The waitress was nice, and was very quick in getting our drinks and orders. She did advise us that the wings were going to take a while as it was their wing night, which was completely understandable. There were plenty of TVs throughout the dining area. There were also plenty of sports memorabilia on the walls. Overall, the place seems like a great place to get food in a pretty good atmosphere.

The wings were slightly above average for a wing, but the price was set at $0.40 per wings. It wasn’t the worst thing, as I did leave the place pretty satisfied with my meal. Not too full, but definitely not hungry.

There weren’t a huge selection, but I liked the inclusion of the Habanero as a flavor. It states on the menu that it’s a side of sauce, but you can get it on the wings themselves. It’s a flavor that I didn’t see anywhere else and was worth a shot. The other flavors I have seen before, but at least they didn’t just leave you with Mild, Hot, and Barbeque like some places.

    Wing Taste (x2): 9

I ordered the Hot, Garlic Caesar, and Zesty Ranch. All three flavors were well above the mark. The Hot was different than any other hot as it was the traditional wing sauce, but mixed with what appeared to be a dry rub. It may have been as simple as a chili powder, but it added a great spice to it that you’re not used to with a traditional Hot. The mild did not have this extra powder on it. The Garlic Caesar had a lots of Caesar flavor to it, but lacked that garlic taste. It appears to be mixed with their hot sauce, too. They were still a great wing packed with plenty of flavor – no complaints here. The Zesty ranch just seemed like a mixture of their hot sauce and ranch dressing. It’s hard to mess that flavor up and Zaleskis most certainly didn’t. I also tried the Habanero, which had an amazing spicy kick to it, but you still got that Habanero taste. They were a spicy wing, but not overbearingly so. The Honey Garlic had that sweet honey flavor with a bit of garlic mixed in. This was perhaps the only flavor that did not wow me. All the wings were served with plenty of sauce and were crispy. Generally, I don’t like crispy wings, but these were enhanced by the crispness. Zaleski’s is highly recommended for flavor.

The environment at Zaleski’s Club House gave me the feeling that I was at Kelly’s. It had a high school/college vibe to it. That’s not a bad thing at all. Basically, it had a lively feel to it. There was waitresses hustling all over the place and everyone seemed to be in a good move. The place felt very welcoming. Our waitress was very attentive to our table and was also personable. Good feeling every which way.

There were only around 8 or so flavors. I wish there was more because out of the flavors I got, they were all solid. But I can understand why they don’t have a ton of flavors. They have a few that their good at and people enjoy just that so they stick with that formula.

I assure you, you will not leave Zaleski’s hungry(thanks Dante Hicks). The wings were meaty and bulky. They also, were very crispy, something I really prefer in my wing. And for 40 cents, it wasn’t hard on the wallet in any way.

Though there were only about 8 flavors, the ones I got – hot, habanero, honey garlic and Caesar garlic – were all wonderful. The regular hot wings and the habanero each had a dry rub on them with their own individual sauce. That was an unusual but fantastic move on their part. The Caesar garlic had a blend that was right on and the honey garlic was exactly what you would expect. I suggest getting the honey garlic with regular hot wings so that you could dip the honey garlic wings in the excess hot sauce for a honey hot garlic combo.
