I gave a slightly lower score this time around due to the fact that I stepped outside of my usual flavors that I know I loved and tried something new. The Dreamy Creamy Cheese Sauce were quite delicious. It was almost like an alfredo sauce on a wing. The Balsamic Bleu Cheese were surprisingly good too. It’s a flavor I’ve never seen anywhere else. The bleu cheese evened out the strong balsamic vinegar. Tina’s wing is a mix of Boom Boom and Teriyaki. The saltiness from the Teriyaki was mixed will with the Boom Boom. I was sort of getting a hint of a peanut sauce from this flavor. The Porketa were a bit of a let down. I’ve realized I have to stop getting dry rubs because I’m always let down. There is never enough flavor there. The Caesar hot were good too. The Hot sauce was very spicy, but also had a strong vinegar flavor. It almost overpowered the Caesar, but you could still taste it.

I ordered the southwestern, speidie sauce, spiced rum and balsamic blue cheese. The southwestern were a bit disappointing. It was a dry rub, which I will admit are usually less than stellar if they are not porketa. The same issue occurred again and that is a lack of flavor. There wasn’t much to them. I don’t understand why you can’t cake the wings with the dry rub ingredients. The speidie sauce were alright. If you have ever had a speidie you would understand what this flavor is all about. The marinade that consists of a speidie sauce is olive oil and vinegar with Italian seasonings mixed in. The speidie sauce was good but I could of used more of it. The spiced rum had some real good heat to them. Mixed with the flavor of the heavy rum flavor this wing was everything I wanted. Finally, the balsamic blue cheese were my favorite. They were exactly what I thought they would be; balsamic vinegar mixed with blue cheese. The sauce looked like a darker blue cheese. Each flavor were fully represented, which made each bite terrific.
